ARE THESE EXPERIENCES FOR GROUPS OR INDIVIDUALS?

All our experiences are designed for groups of all ages and sizes, but we also do individual experiences for those who want to enjoy themselves on our trips.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOUR PACKAGES INCLUDE?

Our tours include hotel services, breakfast, sports facilities and everything related to the sports experience.

The packages also include a selected destination guide with lots of tips on where to visit and see, private beaches or where to eat outside of the group tours.

VAT and taxes are also always included in our packages (not including currency exchange costs).

We can also, depending on the wishes of the group or the client, include an additional activity, such as an excursion, tasting or other sporting activity.

HOW ARE YOUR EXPERIENCES BOOKED AND WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT CONDITIONS?

Once you request a trip via the contact form, we will check the availability of accommodation and send you your first travel recommendation by email.

After a few days of improving this proposal according to your wishes, if you decide to proceed with the booking, we will email you a link to the booking details form and you will formally accept the terms of the contract.

Once accepted, we will proceed to book the service and send you an invoice and an agency account number where a 30% deposit will be made to formalise the booking. The remaining 70% 45 days prior to arrival.

After completing the booking and payment, we will send you all the travel documents and documents you need to print and bring with you.

WHAT IS THE BEST SEASON TO CARRY OUT ONE OF YOUR EXPERIENCES?

Since most of our experiences are in the Mediterranean climate, we have spectacular weather practically all year round. Therefore any month is perfect for these experiences.

We do not recommend the month of August due to the excessive heat, overcrowding and lack of trainers or availability of training places as it is the holiday season.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

30 days or more prior to arrival: 10% fee

29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% fee

15 to 7 days prior to arrival: 80% fee

Less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% fee

CAN I TAKE OUT TRAVEL AND COVID-19 INSURANCE WITH YOU?

Yes, of course. Upon request, we can cover cancellation and/or medical cover.

We work with AON products because we believe they are flexible, meet the assumptions of good cover and are affordable, although it is important that you read the conditions we will send you if you are interested in these products, as with all insurance, exclusions are not always covered.
