COMPETITION AND CATEGORIES

Groups of three or four clubs will be formed for each registered category. These clubs will play against each other and the first of each group will be classified and will go through to the next phase. Each club will play one minimum of 3 matches per category registered.

In all categories, an entry may be made for one maximum of one player of a higher category being at most one year older. Only 21 players in Football-11 and 15 players in Football-7 may be listed on the scoresheet for each match.

PROGRAMME

FRIDAY 16TH

Arrival of all clubs at the meeting point.
Delivery of the tournament documentation.
Dinner and overnight stay.

SATURDAY 17TH

Breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning: 1st group match.
Lunch at the hotel.
Afternoon: 2nd group match. Dinner and accommodation.

SUNDAY 18

Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning: 3rd group match.
Lunch at the hotel.
Afternoon: finals with the top teams of each group.

The finals will be played in all categories, and the trophies will be awarded after the last match.

ALL TEAMS WILL RECEIVE A TROPHY AND MUST PRESENT THEMSELVES AT THE FOOTBALL PITCH TO COLLECT IT.

SPORTS FACILITIES

All fields are of artificial turf of the highest quality.
The tournament will take place on different courses, located in the localities surrounding the hotel.

HOTEL ONA VALLE ROMANO

Ona Valle Romano Golf & Resort is located in Estepona (Malaga), in the heart of the Costa del Sol, just a few minutes from the beach.
All clubs registered for the tournament will be accommodated at the tournament's host hotel on a self-catering basis. full board (accommodation - breakfast - lunch - dinner). The rooms have bathroom, telephone, television, air conditioning and safe. Dining room service: buffet.

BailThe hotels ask for a deposit per player of 20?, This deposit will be returned on the day of departure once the hotel has checked that there is no damage to the rooms.

HOW TO REGISTER

Hotels will be allocated in strict order of registration.
In order to complete your registration you must send us the registration form duly completed together with the copy of the bank transfer.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

1 - On registration: 50? per person (This amount will be deducted from the total amount to be paid).

2 - The remaining amount, 10 days before of the start of the tournament.

PARTICIPATE FOR FREE

The organisation will provide the club, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE 100 tickets per registered player, the sale of this ticket is 2?, so all players will have the possibility to raise 200? in order to finance their participation in the tournament, bus and other extra expenses.

In order to receive the ballots, each player will have to make a deposit of 50? per person as a reservation payment when registering for the tournament (this amount will be deducted from the total amount to be paid).

The winning number in the ONCE draw on 23 June 2023 will be awarded the prize of a Weekend for two people, in any of our tournament venues(Valid all year round except July and August).

AWARDS

All teams will receive a trophy and each player a medal of I would like to thank you for your participation.
Trophies will be awarded to all teams at the end of the tournament. The presentation of trophies will close the tournament in all categories.
