HOW CAN I GET FULL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION?

HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE FOR FREE?

The organisation will make available to the club, FREE OF CHARGE 100 The price per registered player, the sale of such a ticket is 2? In order to receive the tickets, each player must make a deposit as a reservation payment of 50? per person (this amount will be deducted from the total amount to be paid).

The winning number in the ONCE draw on 23 June 2023 will be awarded the prize of a Weekend for two people, in any of our tournament venues(Valid all year round except July and August).

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO REGISTER MY CLUB?

First you have to have a meeting with the parents and inform them that you want to attend the chosen tournament.

Once you have their consent, you have to ask for 50? per player plus the 80? registration fee per team (This amount will be deducted from the total amount payable).

Once we have received your payment, we will send 1 booklet of 100 tickets per player and an Excel file for you to insert the names of the players and accompanying persons who will be attending the tournament.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO REGISTER ACCOMPANYING PERSONS?

On the day of the meeting with the parents, you must indicate a day for the accompanying persons who want to attend the tournament to do so. payment as a reservation of 50? per person and make the same payment as for registering players (this amount will be deducted from the total amount to be paid).

DOES THE COACH HAVE TO PAY FOR HIS STAY AT THE TOURNAMENT?

DO I HAVE TO TAKE OUT ADDITIONAL INSURANCE?

No. In case of injury, all participating players are covered by a accident injury insurance during matches.
All players registered on the list of players that the club submits to the organisation will be covered by a policy taken out with the ALLIANZ insurance company.
Team managers can request a copy of this policy.
The insurance includes: First hospital care.
The insurance does not cover: illnesses, medicines, surgical interventions and long-term treatment.

DO WE NEED TRANSPORT TO THE FOOTBALL GROUNDS?

Yes, the teams have to go on their own to the football fields, we advise you to come with your own means transport from their city to be able to travel during the days of the tournament.

However, the organisation can quote you the price of a bus.
