FAQ – What questions do you need to resolve?

The organisers will make available to the club, FREE OF CHARGE 100 The price per registered player, the sale of such a ticket is 2€ In this way, all players will have the opportunity to collect 200€ in order to be able to finance their participation in the tournament, coach and other extra expenses.

In order to receive the tickets, each player must make a deposit as a reservation payment of 50€ per person (this amount will be deducted from the total amount to be paid).

The winning number in the ONCE lottery draw of the day 21 June 2024 will get the prize of a Weekend for two people, in any of our tournament venues(Valid all year round except July and August).

First you have to have a meeting with the parents and inform them that you want to attend the chosen tournament.

Once you have their consent, you have to ask for 50 per player plus €100 registration fee per team (This amount will be deducted from the total amount payable - NON REFUNDABLE).

Once we have received your payment, we will send 1 booklet of 100 tickets per player and an Excel file for you to insert the names of the players and accompanying persons who will be attending the tournament.

On the day of the meeting with the parents, you should tell them that before the meeting you will 1 March accompanying persons who wish to attend the tournament will also be able to make the payment as a reservation of 50€ per person and make the payment in the same way as for registering players (this amount will be deducted from the total amount to be paid).

No, the coach's stay for each team is free of charge. (only in double or multiple rooms), if you need a single room you will have to pay a supplement of 50€. The second coach will pay the price as an accompanying person.
